In Shanghai, the biggest global fair for Chinese importers is being held these days, the CIIE: https://www.ciie.org/zbh/en/
This is also the largest political-trade-economic event in the world. The fair is represented by companies from different industries as well as by the countries themselves, which emphasize their competitive advantages and their products which may be interesting for the Chinese market.
Pipistrel introduces itself together with its Chinese company Pipistrel Asia Pacific.
Pipistrel is represented by the SPIRIT Agency together with other Slovenian companies in the national pavilion, there the emphasis is mostly on high-tech solutions.
At the Pavilion, we present Pipistrel’s project in China involving the production of two models of our aircraft for the Asian market, namely Alpha Electro and Panthera Hybrid.
Alpha Electro is presented with a flight simulator, and Panthera Hybrid is presented with an aircraft model.
The fair was visited by the Minister of Economic Development and Technology of Republic of Slovenia, Mr. Zdravko Počivalšek;
the Slovene Ambassador to China, Mrs. Alenka Suhadolnik, and the Consul of the Republic of Slovenia in Shanghai, Mr. Miloš Prislan.
We were also honored by a high delegation from the city of Jurong, where the Pipistrel Airpark project is located, headed by the deputy mayor Mr. Song Feixiong.
